Mehrdad is a really nice and professional guy, helped to diagnose my knee injury correctly. Without too much hassle he immediately told me what exercises I should be doing to strengthen my legs. Felt immediate relief with these exercises and would definitely recommend to anyone and particular to sport athletes. Will definitely be going back if I have any future issues!

I pulled my lower back to the point I couldn't move normally, and struggled with bending even slightly. As this wasn't recovering by itself I ended up looking for nearby physiotherapist's and went to MSK Physiotherapy. Mehrdad was great, we discussed my issues and training goals and created a recovery plan that not only fixes my lower back, but also improves my core for prevention of future issues. He was very knowledgeable about identifying where the pain was coming from, and areas we had to train on to improve. He kept tabs that I was doing the exercises he recommended, and also added new ones each session as the strength returned/developed. It's been great going to MSK Physiotherapy, very happy with the results!

Mehrdad goes above and beyond to not only relieve your pain, but improve your previous condition - all in between kind and effortless conversation, so that you forget why you’re even there in the first place. If you’re looking for a physio, you’d be remiss not to choose MSK. After injuring my back and not being able to move, they not only fit me in straight away, but changed locations so I didn’t have to walk up any stairs. Mehrdad has a deep and thorough understanding of the musculoskeletal system which shows in his prescribed exercises and deep tissue massages. From not being able to move my arms nor back, to after just 5 minutes with him, being able to regain motion again - he’s truly a genius and natural at his craft.
