Max was very friendly excellent from my initial and follow up email enquiry, phone pre-appointment to assess my suitability, during the appointment and in ‘after-care’, spending time patiently answering my questions throughout as well as offering advice and possible next steps of treatment. He really took the time to listen patiently and to assess me thoroughly before even beginning the ultrasound scan and injection. He spent time explaining the ultrasound as he performed it, and even went out of his way to assess another pain spot I experience even though it wasn’t a scheduled part of the appointment. The procedure itself was swift and painless. Even though I don’t live local to Max’s practice, I will not hesitate to recommend him to people and would definitely go back to him if it was appropriate. Hopefully the results of the scan and injection with Max, as well as his guidance and advice, have pointed me in the right direction to finally get a resolution to my ongoing chronic pain.
